This website (Site) is operated by Lashly Entertainment Ltd. (we, us, our). These Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to you, whether you are the original purchaser of event tickets from us or a subsequent holder of the ticket. We operate ticketing services via the website as the authorised agent of event organisers, such as artists, venues, event promoters and other persons responsible for holding a relevant event (the Presenter).
You accept these Terms by purchasing tickets via the Site. When using the Site, you must not do or attempt to do anything unlawful or inappropriate, including:
You may purchase tickets through an account with us and may be allowed to register using a social media account. If you do so, you authorise us to access basic information in line with your privacy settings. You must provide accurate details, keep them up to date, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We act solely as an agent facilitating ticket sales for events run by Presenters. You agree that we are not responsible for the events themselves. Ticket purchases may be subject to Presenter’s terms. Please check event details carefully before confirming your order.
Ticket prices, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed via third-party processors subject to their terms. Additional fees may apply. If we offer a payment plan, you must pay instalments on time, or we may cancel your order.
Tickets will be delivered electronically to your email after payment is validated. No physical tickets will be delivered unless otherwise stated. If you do not receive your ticket, you must contact us at support@lashlyentertainment.com within 48 hours of the event.
Refunds are subject to consumer laws and Presenter’s terms. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. Events may be rescheduled or relocated, in which case tickets remain valid. If cancelled, we will process refunds as authorised by the Presenter. Travel or accommodation costs are not refundable.
Tickets cannot be resold above face value or used for promotions without our consent. Breach may result in cancellation of tickets without refund.
Entry is at the Presenter/venue’s discretion. You may be refused entry or removed for intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, failure to comply with rules, or invalid tickets. Some events may have age restrictions; valid ID may be required.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues. We are not liable for disruptions.
All content, trademarks, and materials remain our property. You may use them only for personal purposes and not for commercial use.
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, travel, accommodation, or third-party services. You indemnify us for any loss arising from your breach or negligence.
We collect and use your personal information to process purchases and provide services. Details may be shared with third-party providers as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you consent to this.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms. For disputes, both parties must first attempt to resolve issues in good faith.
